Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Not a great experience. very little transparency. there can be a big discrepancy in pay between people in your own team even if you have equal or more experience. Targets went up part way through the qtr making it impossible to claw back the difference. essentially pay cut.
Very low morale in the London office many sales teams are not particularly happy with how they've been treated. company strategy is changing and everyone understands that change is the only constant but it's impacting people's roles and good people and having to be let go.
