Former Employee3.6Jan 11, 2024My experience was fantastic to start. Great manager and team culture. Executive leadership then did a "restructuring" breaking up teams all over. Culture soon went downhill. Changed European headquarters from London to Madrid which also caused issues. Great people still work there, but it is not the same culture or booming sales market as it was.

Former Employee3.3May 1, 2024OneTrust has a great product but makes changes frequently and doesn’t communicate well to their employees. They move like a small company but are too big to do so. New sales leadership is great and I’m sure they will turn things around for the better. Eventually.
