The proverbial great sales reps. don’t necessarily equate to great sales leadership is applicable across the the org. As in many industries, account executives are average at best at actually selling, they just happen to speak the language of the product (finance systems). Fortunately, OneStream’s product and overall leadership are top notch and overcome other weaknesses. I love working at OneStream and have been successful.
