Since the roll of the new year, things were never really the same. Mandatory RTO, sacrifice culture for numbers, etc. Great product, premium, but preeminent. When the market calms, I'm sure it will get better.

Such a hit or miss on managers and the team culture. Leadership is not very receptive to feedback on managers even if there's several complaints. The compensation is a joke compared to other companies considering that for the 2 years I was there only about 20% of sales reps hit quota each quarter. Lack or real leadership. Too many leadership hires from LinkedIn, DocuSign or Salesforce who already knew each other. Territory alignment was unstructured with limited SalesOps experience.

My overall experience was pretty mainly because of the people at Okta however quotas/compensation/training were lacking
