The compensation is a joke compared to other companies considering that for the 2 years I was there only about 20% of sales reps hit quota each quarter. Former Employee3.3Oct 18, 2023Since the roll of the new year, things were never really the same. Mandatory RTO, sacrifice culture for numbers, etc. Great product, premium, but preeminent. When the market calms, I'm sure it will get better.
