SMB Emerging Sales at Okta is a black hole. You are selling into businesses with 100-300 employees, it is difficult and inbound opportunities are extremely rare. You will spend the majority of your time as an SDR building your own pipeline with leads that have been beaten to death in your assigned patch.

Okta has hired and laid off 5% of their staff for the last 2 consecutive years. They also started forcing people back into the office.

Okta is a great sales organization. Sales compensation seems fair based on market data. The products are impactful to business. The only concern I would have would be which territory a rep has as this will impact your opportunity to hit OTE.
