Great company, however the current sales org and leadership are not setting the xDR team for success. Training is sparse and leadership has made it clear that they value production over development.

I have done very well at Okta. My 3 years of attainment are 150%, 98%, and 135%. Okta has a GREAT product. But the constant sales leadership turnover is very painful, and operationally Okta has tons of issues.

My overall experience was really poor. Management put on a good show and talk a good game but are really weak and honestly completely fake. I have been working here for six years. While you can definitely hit your quota, I would say that the base compensation is way lower than that of competitive roles.
