Managers play favorites, hindering your success. Okta is a horrible place to work, ignore Mid-Market. Avoid it.

Culture was pretty poor, really amateur and celebrating tiny deals. There was far too many reps for the territory. Nice people though and if you actually made sales the commision structure was pretty aggressive. Some of my colleagues did exceptionally well but most did not hit quota.

My overall experience was great until it wasn’t. Amazing product. Not a good Spring with higher ups and the tech market.
