An evolving business and industry. Okta is well placed across the entire identity suite and the innovation is fantastic. Sales leadership is strong and this flows down to individual contributors well. Salesforce platform is complex due to merging with Auth0 (duplicate data, complex quoting processes) but it's manageable.

My overall experience is that it's a great company to work at. You're surrounded by intelligent people at every turn. Sales org is fair for the most part. They want people to make money and offered incentives to keep people in the running to hit quota. All in all, I would work there again.

Great company, great culture, great product, awesome marketing and messaging. They strive for and behave as though they are the best in the business! They have had some rough air lately due to breaches but it is mostly overblown and they will recover!
