An evolving business and industry. Okta is well placed across the entire identity suite and the innovation is fantastic. Sales leadership is strong and this flows down to individual contributors well. Salesforce platform is complex due to merging with Auth0 (duplicate data, complex quoting processes) but it's manageable.

Was there during a period of change for the SDR org. New leader had no SDR experience and it showed. Managers were repeatedly not paid commission for 30-60days and there was no professional development.

Okta is THE leader in IAM and the folks that banked their careers on it early, are hard-pressed to give it up and those make for very successful customers. MSFT is always in the room though...
