My role is Renewals manager, adjacent to sales. Generally has a higher base comp but lower OTE. The culture is good, but hitting quota is feast a famine. Mostly feels like the latter.

Culture was pretty poor, really amateur and celebrating tiny deals. There was far too many reps for the territory. Nice people though and if you actually made sales the commision structure was pretty aggressive. Some of my colleagues did exceptionally well but most did not hit quota.

Good company for the CV, too much middle-management. Also too many reps, not enough opps across territories.
