I have done very well at Okta. My 3 years of attainment are 150%, 98%, and 135%. Okta has a GREAT product. But the constant sales leadership turnover is very painful, and operationally Okta has tons of issues.

Culture is broken, and management in the UK dont listen to any of the feedback - Received some of the lowest employment survey scores in the country but not signs that anything is changing.

It’s desperato time at Okta. No pipe, lack of meaningful deals all leading to extremely uncomfortable forecast calls with execs who don’t have any desire to get their hands dirty

SMB Emerging Sales at Okta is a black hole. You are selling into businesses with 100-300 employees, it is difficult and inbound opportunities are extremely rare. You will spend the majority of your time as an SDR building your own pipeline with leads that have been beaten to death in your assigned patch.
