My overall experience is that it's a great company to work at. You're surrounded by intelligent people at every turn. Sales org is fair for the most part. They want people to make money and offered incentives to keep people in the running to hit quota. All in all, I would work there again.

Targets are very hard to achieve - high competition with similar products - the innovation of Okta is no longer where it was in the past.
