Great place to develop and learn. World class resources and incredible market fit. Sales isn’t easy but it makes a world of difference when your product is rock solid. Only negative has been the bad publicity related to some minor security incidents which pale in comparison to Microsoft’s.

Okta was a great company to work for but they shouldered the burden of a volatile market. There is no substitute for their offering in their space which gives them market superiority. Channels are a difficult role at Okta as many sellers can take deals direct leading to a lot of time spent on conflict resolution in the traditional PAM role there.
