As a Commercial Renewals Manager the enablement has been lackluster so for external new hires I can see it is a challenge. The org is working hard to create an enablement program so likely over the next year I can see it maturing rapidly. Moving from an AE to this role has made my transition easy, but it would easily be more difficult if I was external.

I have been working here for six years. While you can definitely hit your quota, I would say that the base compensation is way lower than that of competitive roles.
