Don't recommend the Odoo office in Dubai. Favouritism, small base compensation, every day in the office with micromanagement in every aspect. Lack of training, no SDRs, no Solution Consultants. Hard to achieve OTE, very dependent on your portfolio of partners managed. OTE is also very low for the space. Fun culture and colleagues but it is a grind
