Experience has been great so far. Biggest downside is base pay and earnings potential. All inbound leads. No cold calls. Seems like there are plenty of ways to excel in this role.

Don't recommend the Odoo office in Dubai. Favouritism, small base compensation, every day in the office with micromanagement in every aspect. Lack of training, no SDRs, no Solution Consultants.
