Experience has been great so far. Biggest downside is base pay and earnings potential. All inbound leads. No cold calls. Seems like there are plenty of ways to excel in this role.

The organization is a fun environment, stress is low. But compensation is also low. From colleagues yearly raises aren’t really a thing either. Organization you stay at for experience and get out
