Please do your due diligence and ask good questions during interview process. Specifically around quota attainment, and onboarding experience. Expect to be on your own when you start with little to no guidance/mentor. Product/market fit is not strong. Also it would be good to get latest transcript on earnings call, so you can be informed.

HQ and EMEA are tough markets with questionable culture, APAC team is really good with a great culture and great benefits. The product is ahead of it's time here in APAC so there is room for growth in APAC.
