Back to ReviewsFormer Employee The culture was a mix between extremely toxic, but can also argue there was no culture. CEO notorious for being irrational. When they went public, best thing he could have done is said goodbye to his baby, but because it’s *personal to him, he couldn’t. The other C-level execs likely know better, but wouldn’t dare to challenge him.
There is $ to be made there, but internal ops and comp structure will be the biggest hurdles.
Product is solid, but the way pricing was done is a nightmare (when it should be super easy in a standard SaaS license-based org.).
I was blessed with the best direct I had ever had, but when he departed, I was hanging on by a thread and subject to weekly calls where the CEO would take the few AEs who had legitimate/lucrative opps and grill / rip you to shreds.
***SE role: First organization where I sold large and complex deals but ran my own demos. SEs were for RFPs.
*Comp structure deterred collaboration & created an “every man for himself” environment.
One thing to note is the $150k base is not standard, so it’s important to negotiate for it. Browse Other Reviews
