The comp plan is a nightmare but is being worked through and there is no real accurate way to see how much net revenue you've brought in.

Promising start, disappointing in practice. No reps are hitting quota or earning commission. Lots of new hires leave within 3-6 months after seeing the company from the inside. I highly recommend reps stay away unless they need a line on their resume as a launching pad.

Leadership in government sector is lacking. Product development is slow. Teams are separated. Very little cross-department collaboration.

My overall experience was good but honestly the product was not completely ready to go to market and there was not alot of training. Where there was a product fit, it did go well.
