Commission plan is not clear and there is zero transparency how it's calculated, so you never know if you are not screwed on your commission. There are areas with strong value prop, but overall onboarding a merchant is a nightmare and number of issues post go-live are staggering. Not really much support from the organization, so as a Sales you are left alone in resolving those.
