My overall experience with BHG has been positive. Unfortunately over the last year the company has reduced 401k contribution match and has drastically reduced commission potential and has introduced a stack rank commission structure, pitting you against your peers and limiting your commission if in that month others performed better on the KPIs they reward. I would say my overall experience was good. The opportunity to make great income is there, but the confusion in management, restructuring, and working out of two CRMs made it unbearable.
