Overall, great product and a recent increase in strong sellers joining the organization. Shift to focusing on sales led growth, which has resulted in a tangibly positive shift in the sales culture. CRO & executive leadership could improve upon providing clearer direction, strategy, and thoughtful hiring. There is a general rigidity at the top and a lack of connection to those doing the work on the ground level.

Such promise, such a lack of execution. For a product that has strong product-market fit on the "prosumer" and startups side of its business, the struggle to go upmarket and sell outside of startups is real.
