Nintex used to be a company where you can come in, put in 100%, then the output would be hitting quota and a promotion down the line. That is not the case anymore, leadership in the BD team will throw their team under the bus, and eliminate anyone who makes them look bad, instead of developing them. The experience was great at first, but when new leadership came in, went downhill from there.

Highly depends on the territory and the team. A lot of constant changes disrupting regular work, tossing up teams. Product is good though
