Good people, culture, leadership. No money to be made here. Frustrating quotas. Managers average barely 50% attainment while managing 20 SDRs. SDR floor attainment is below 10%.

You won't get your expected OTE if in commercial(SMB) outbound. only 3% hit the quota and not every month.. If you are Revival or Inbound, you will hit quota and make money as an SDR. culture is great, co workers are awesome and we are leaders in the space but management is very picky on who gets good leads and deals. must be best buddies to get anything good
