It's a good organization and i recommend working there. You will get great sales experience and have every took at your disposal. Nearly ever manager is awesome and supportive. You will be given everything you need to succeed. However, at Ninja success doesn't mean consistently hitting quota and making good money. Quota is high and attainment is low. Very few people hit quota consistently and no one is actually making 85kb The who comp structure seems designed to pay us as little as possible. If you hit 50% every month you are considered in good standing.

good! I plan to stay at the company as long as it makes sense to- I feel secure in my role, but I am not a fan of the quota- I feel like it is unattainable. Culture is good, but higher-ups can be micro managey at times

Great coworkers but disorganized and inexperienced leadership. The larger we get the more this is becoming visible. This role is not really hybrid either, keep in mind you get about 3 remote days a month.
