The opportunity to make money is non existent. The leaders are not qualified and lack the know how to drive a team or individual to success , because of this they lead by fear. You will be told a million great things to get you in the door and none of them are true. No one is making money. Out of 100 plus sales reps less than 10percent are hitting quota.

Nextiva has the elements to be a great company, but unfortunately the CEO and founder is not disciplined in growing the company responsibly.
