Nextiva has the elements to be a great company, but unfortunately the CEO and founder is not disciplined in growing the company responsibly. Instead poor choices with people, product, and process has made working at Nextiva very unenjoyable, unmotivating, and nerve-racking. Things will seem great at first, but as you start seeing more behind the curtain it will be clear this is not a well run company; poor leadership and decision-making is to blame. My advice is stay clear and if you're not sure just reach out to some of the people that work there and ask them or go on Glassdoor and look at the "Most Recent" reviews. You will notice lots of posts regarding leadership micromanaging and bullying, a lack of training, sale tools, and coaching with unrealistic goals and no accountability at the company/leadership level to empower reps to be successful. Beware of fake reviews (positive review with very little information) or if it sounds too good to be true. Do your research and stay a way!

This place is not only filled with “frat bros” and condescending rude people who look for ways to NOT help you when you need it, but also, the VP completely lied to myself and the entire team I started with saying we would be hybrid employees only Tues and thurs then one month later forcing us back into the office....Read More
