Nextiva
Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Nextiva has some positives, but the issues are hard to ignore. You won’t do much cold calling since most leads are already familiar with Nextiva or are price-shopping competitors, and customers are generally pleasant because phone service is essential. However, the organization behind the scenes is a mess with no clear processes to improve. The product often doesn’t perform as advertised, creating challenges for reps, and leadership will push to close deals at any cost, leaving you to handle the fallout if things go wrong. While the focus is on SMB accounts (1-100 employees), quotas often align with mid-market deals that are hard to come by, and receiving good leads is mostly luck. Managers frequently reassign opportunities under the pretense of “balancing the team,” though it often feels like favoritism, and reassigned leads rarely close. Overall, despite a few bright spots, the lack of structure, inconsistent leadership, and product challenges make it a difficult place to succeed. Browse Other Reviews
