Leadership is fair, and everyone is great to work with. Processes tend to be "old school" and need modernization, but there is lots of opportunity to succeed in the sales organization.

Leadership cares about everyone's individual success and comp plan is really fair and transparent. Most everyone hits their number and the company is fair with those who don't. Pressure can be high it times, but never too heavy handed. Not going anywhere anytime soon!

I have been successful for several years at NextGen. However, things changed when NextGen went private (acquired by Thoma Bravo). Layoffs have impacted sales through lack of support and unhappy clients. Quotas went up by 20% after Thoma Bravo completed the acquisition. Clients are leaving NextGen at a higher rate than new client additions.
