Current Employee3.3Mar 13, 2024Management has changes drastically, leading to employee churn and loss of trust in leadership
Current Employee4.4Jan 30, 2024Great experience taught me a lot about sales and had a great cultural fit
Current Employee2.3Jul 19, 2023New Relic has got to be the most dysfunctional company I have ever worked for. Ever since last late 2022 the company totally lost sight of what makes people tick. It is the absolute worst incentive structure I have ever seen and a senior management that is oblivious to reality.

Former Employee4.4Sep 18, 2023Sales org and GTM strategy are constantly changing, which made it difficult to perform consistently. These ratings would be much lower now, as the company has been forced to scale back a lot of it's more generous comp policies. I'd rate them closer to a 3.8 or 4 stars. They just got acquired by a PE firm, so we'll see what changes follow.
