Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I worked in the emerging segment for 2 years and left a few months ago. The product is great but their Starter offering, designed to get growing SMBs in the door, has a really low go-live rate and high probability of clawback.
Overall, I liked working here but I found leadership to be overly focused on forecasting rather than rep development, which would probably lead to more accurate forecasts. People Leadership didn't seem to be a core value and a lot of people found that to be a huge miss.
Also, they use NetSuite's CRM. I'm sure it's fine for smaller organizations but it's antiquated to say the least. They could probably close more deals with less reps if they invested in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar. Without a true collaboration tool, it's difficult to keep your internal team organized on deals and also prioritize prospecting.
Lastly, only around 15-20 out of 500-600 reps in the segment hit their number last fiscal which speaks to unrealistic expectations and minimizes motivation.
I've been at a few SaaS companies and I will say that their sales engineers were top tier to work with. Browse Other Reviews
