Struggles with coordination between organization in support of all offerings. Partly, lack of understanding about importance of selling various offerings to wider org. Incentives misaligned between competing demands.

Friendly team but was very pushy sales org. Lead flow came to an almost compadre stand still in the start of 2023 and everything changed. Quotas are unobtainable for most folks unless you catch a couple whales.

Good culture and leadership within the GBU. Uncompetitive pay and not enough reps are hitting quota.
