It's more about excess discounting to get a deal done than it is value. Micromanagement of KPIs is off the charts. Leaders lead with fear. This is a company of B/C players.

People are prepared to leave at any moment. People have been fired because they do not live within the area - even though it is a remote job. Quote keeps getting higher yet harder to set meetings.
