Nobody hits quota. Hardly anyone even achieves “participation”. OTE is a figment of your imagination. Extreme micro management and high pressure close deals way earlier than what is realistic. Morale is nonexistent.

Good compensation in management. Good leadership. A lot of freedom to handle the team if you're making target. There is very little room for opportunities from this position, Also career development is completely on your own.
