Good company and culture but quotas are nearly impossible to hit, very internally competitive and almost every lead is already taken or already customers. Difficult sale to make. Only 10% of emerging reps hit quota last year.

You get out what you put into this role. There is excellent resources to learn from and leverage throughout the process. However, the promotional structure is super whack. Political, poorly thought out, poorly executed.

Top-down forecasting and leadership initiatives. If you can deal with the extra BS, it's a great place to start a career and make some easy money. Product is very sticky and commissions are uncapped.
