You get all the benefits of the big corporation like ongoing industry and sales training - which keeps you sharp on how to sell the ERP to different companies. There’s also sales fluff BS LIKE happy hours and sporadic lunches or breakfasts. There is a lot of bad to this org. They’re casting a huge net to try to get whatever they can in SMB for a product that is too much for companies under $5M in revenue- creating a highly saturated rep environment. Hundreds of reps fighting for the same leads based on similar triggers and lots of encouragement to do things to steal leads. Everyone in Emerging is constantly searching for the loophole where a company is listed as <$5M rev in ZoomInfo but is really much higher so they can work it- and that’s only if another rep doesn’t already have it. The BDR program is horrendous, they consistently send up inbound leads with the most minimal qualification because it’s a numbers game for them and reps have to accept the lead, which knocks you back down to the bottom of the cue. Meaning you consistently waste your time fielding garbage inbounds.
