Been here a few years as a Mid Market AE. It’s really shifted a lot in terms of opportunity. Way over hired in 2022, territories got really small fast and saw a lot of people who were solid and hitting quota begin to struggle. If you’re not good at outbound prospecting, you will fail.

The bdr organization was a mess. Little opportunity to move up and no roadmap to work towards. They didn’t pay us our full commission checks when the sales team wasn’t hitting their numbers.
