The BDR org has gone through many changes in the past two quarters and not for the better. Without getting into the details management has consistently broken promises and moved goalposts. There is little to no communication on the direction of the org and the career trajectory of tenured BDRs. Two-quarters of cut commissions and poor leadership have taken their toll. If you want to get into tech sales NetSuite is still a good option, but be ready for a roller coaster ride.

My overall experience here is ok. The base pay is not consistent with location. They pay all employees throughout the US the same base pay. The commission is never what they make it seem.
