Back to ReviewsFormer Employee CONS: NetSuite sees AEs and AMs as numbers. Less than half the entire sales org hits their annual quota. There are reps knocking it out making 350k a year and then there are reps that are far from quota not making close to OTE. Training and onboarding was subpar - it really comes down to self-growth and improvement. You'll work more than 8 hours a day and won't get paid overtime. It's hardly approved. There is zero diversity. Most AEs and AMs are in their 20s and look like sorority/fraternity-type people. If money motivates you, the sales managers want you on their team.
PROS: The base compensation is slightly above average for external hires. Even if you don't hit your annual quota, you can make a 6-figure salary. The benefits were good and you get all of Christmas week off. Seriously, they shut down the whole company. They are pushing for return to office, so if you are in sales, expect to commute to work 2-3x per week. Uncapped commissions if you can surpass your quota. There are not KPIs to hit and as long as you're hitting quota, your manager most probably won't bother you much. Browse Other Reviews
