Former Employee2.0Dec 9, 2024Oversaturated sales team. Shared territory with multiple reps, very cutthroat. I had 3 different managers, 2 territories and constant change. Typical "what have you done for me lately" sales environment. Not much human interaction or connection. Too big of an org for me, not much support. Training was terrible, not set up for succes.

Former Employee3.0Jan 29, 2024My overall experience was positive. I spent a lot of good years at Netsuite and made a lot of great friends there. Ultimately, I left for better overall OTE and RSUs + plus much larger upside. It was the right move looking back but I loved my time there.
