My overall experience is fantastic. I love the company and the benefits and pay. The commission is capped but only has an SDR and not in future roles.

Good for development and compensation is competitive for role out of college; however, hiring managers pick favorites when it comes to promotions as much as company will deny this. You can be in the top 5% of performers and company will prioritize those who chose to network.

You can make a lot of money as a BDR right out of college (compared to other BDR) jobs if you hit your numbers. Numbers are obtainable. Big company so constant changes that are out of control. Tough to move up in the company, the best time to start here would have been about 6 years ago.
