- Big name on your resume
- Massive sales org, meaning lots of opportunity to build a professional network, although it takes your own initiative to do so
- Pretty good way to learn to sell if you have a manager that cares (if not you need to look to other people at the company)
Cons
- Leadership is not transparent with SDRs and act more like politicians than sales leaders
- Promotion path is long
- Success comes 60% down to being in the right vertical, playing the system and cheating, or having an AE that will throw you SQLs
- In every cohort there is 5 or so star performers who show are do well no matter their team/vertical though to be fair
- Pay is garbage for SDRs and early AE positions
Upon promotion, being an emerging AE can be brutal from what I've heard, but don't have a ton of experience to speak on it.
Not the worst place to start your career, but not somewhere you will be fast-tracked or make money quickly based on performance. You need to play the long game, finesse, and be patient. Browse Other Reviews
