Good place to start out of college, very chill culture. Not a good place to stay if you want to maximize income.

NetSuite is a great place to sell and develop. The SMB sector can be a tough product fit but worth it if you are closing 2+ deals per quarter

Poor. Half my time spent at NetSuite I did not have a manager in seat as many left.

My overall experience was positive. I spent a lot of good years at Netsuite and made a lot of great friends there. Ultimately, I left for better overall OTE and RSUs + plus much larger upside. It was the right move looking back but I loved my time there.
