Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee They've made a lot of changes in the organization over the last 2 years. There used to be a steady inbound flow of leads and now it's incredibly dry because they took marketing dollars to hire BDR. The majority of our days are spent cold calling and prospecting, as opposed to working deal cycles and closing which is what we were hired to do. In the little over 2 years years I've been here, half of my team has been let go and replaced and there are more to come. They upped quotas, while simultaneously lowering the commission percentage we receive, both last year and the year prior, and I'm expecting it to happen again unfortunately.
