You get all the benefits of the big corporation like ongoing industry and sales training - which keeps you sharp on how to sell the ERP to different companies. There’s also sales fluff BS LIKE happy hours and sporadic lunches or breakfasts. There is a lot of bad to this org. Experience is good. Product fit/brand recognition is good. Salary compared to market is very bad. Internal help/coaching is great. Sales tools very manual/lack of.
