The BDR org is really bad, direct sales and account management are run pretty well although there is a lot of internal competition for leads

Horrible! Churn & Burn - completely unobtainable. There is no organization, often restructuring, people are hardly hitting their quota. People are prepared to leave at any moment. People have been fired because they do not live within the area - even though it is a remote job. Quote keeps getting higher yet harder to set meetings.
