3% of reps in the emerging space hit quota in the last fiscal year. That's an abysmally low number of reps succeeding in the role. Training was 2 weeks. Managers are very hands off and relax. Coworkers are of the same age so you get to meet a lot of friends. Day to day feels like hanginout with friends and doing cold calls together
