Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee 20% YoY price increases to current customers are expected and I’ve seen 40-70% YoY price increases actually celebrated. Support is absolutely terrible and escalating it goes nowhere. Very beaucratic and you feel like a small fish in a very big pond.
