Quota is pretty high here which leads to gamification of just setting meetings instead of building quality leads for the AE's. Promotion process is supposedly based on spots they have open

Good for development and compensation is competitive for role out of college; however, hiring managers pick favorites when it comes to promotions as much as company will deny this. You can be in the top 5% of performers and company will prioritize those who chose to network.

overall is good but there are a lot things of that honestly they just sprinkle over and do not really explain correctly, like quota or specifics over Target Personas
