I would not work here. If starting in Sales i'd recommend a smaller company or atleast one that cares about retaining it's reps. Horrible BDR system in place and toxic management. I could go on for days.

My overall experience was good. NetSuite is a good product and you know what you're getting with Oracle. Training was not great but product fit and name brand is great. Lot of great resources around as well.

3% of reps in the emerging space hit quota in the last fiscal year. That's an abysmally low number of reps succeeding in the role.
