My experience with NEOGOV overall has been great! It’s been a place where I was able to move into a closing role from an SDR really quickly. Wonderful experience. Base salary was the same for ALL sales people regardless of how much experience they have/had or how much success they’ve had in the past. (“Comp equity” I was told.) It is overall a great place to work but inevitably it is difficult to move up from an SDR position, they are strict about in office work, and there isn't a lot in terms of inbound leads or professional development.
